全自动磨刮机
主要用途：适用于各种丝印刮胶刀刃的研磨、修整。
技术特点：
l 整机外形采用高温静电喷塑，具有耐腐蚀性、耐磨性，不易老化等优点。
l 研磨砂轮无段变速调整，平衡稳定，并随行程方向自动变换转向。
l 研磨行程采用马达+顶级THK精密线型导轨，定速来回交替，滑行顺畅平稳。
l 杠杆式刮胶夹具，夹持快捷稳固，刮胶露头长度/研磨角度同步调整。
l 配附污力吸尘器吸取碎屑，吸气路径并随行程自动转向减少工业污染，从而实现无尘环保的作业环境。
l 研磨时无压力感，刮胶不变形，无波状现象，确保研磨精度。
l 研磨角度0-45度，以配合各种品牌刮刀，发挥印刷效能，使用范围广，操作简易不需专业技术。

Technical features:
l The shape of the whole machine adopts high-temperature electrostatic spray, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance.
l The grinding wheel has step shift adjustment, balanced and stable, and the steering is automatically changed with the stroke direction.
l The grinding stroke adopts the motor + top precision THK linear guide rail, and the fixed speed alternates back and forth, and the sliding is smooth and stable.
l Lever type scraper clamp, the clamping is fast and stable, and the length of the scraping outcrop/grinding angle is adjusted synchronously.
l Equipped with a dirt vacuum cleaner to absorb debris, the suction path and automatic steering with the stroke to reduce industrial pollution, thus achieving a dust-free and environmentally friendly working environment.
l There is no pressure during grinding, the squeegee is not deformed, and there is no wavy phenomenon to ensure the grinding precision.
l Grinding angle is 0-45 degrees, to match the various brands of scrapers, to achieve printing efficiency, a wide range of use, easy to operate without professional skills.
